The name of this restaurant is cafe Bali, but please don't expect that the food or the setting is like in Bali! I personaly think that the place is very nice. They have a lot of indonesian dishes to choose. The food was delicious and inexpensive. The service was good.

Beautiful gardens, lovely food and great service. So happy we decided to wander in from the street, as the exterior didn't look like much. But once you enter, you will be greeted by warm smiles and prompt service. The food is great, too. A wide range of traditional Indonesian dishes and a few specialities that made our mouth water. The best thing to say about this place is we could get a table for 10 the last night of Ramadhan. The food was unexceptional and average at the very best. We have no desire to ever go back.

Every time my uncle from Jakarta goes to Bandung, he would always buy the candil in this restaurant. Candil is some kind of dessert, made from sweet potato dumplings with sauce made from brown sugar, combined with coconut milk. By far the best candil I've ever tried so far. This cafe also has a lot of different kinds of menus... More

I feel like I am eating somewhere in Bali. We order fried rice, nasi bali, fried kwetiau, and some traditional desserts. I don't recommend their nasi bali however I recommend their fried rice and fried kwetiau.

We stopped by for lunch. There seems to be two parts to this restaurant - a self service canteen part at low prices, and a sit-down 'a la carte' part that is more expensive. I am not sure whether "Kafe Bali" refers just to the sit down part, or to both. Anyway, we ate in the sit down part, though... More

Surprised they have Thai menu like Tom Yam soup and Steam Fish in clear soup. Watch out their portion quite big, can be for 4 persons. And the taste was good! U should try Kafe Bali when U visit Bandung.

I know this place from a friend of mine who lives in Bandung. So I came to this place to taste the balinese and sundanese food as well. I ordered nasi bali and few sundanese stuffs that were ready-to-serve. The taste of Nasi bali wasn't even close to Balinese food that I eat in Bali and the sundanese food was... More
