We were staying at the hotel so ate here many times the food is delicious and so is the setting. I don't think you could find better views or better food. Outstanding! Definitely 5 stars !!

We stayed at Hotel Cachet in September 2012, which houses Manzara Restaurant, and we cannot recommend this place more. The lunch food we had, the smaller dishes and salads from the main menu were perfectly portioned and we ate them down by the pool bar where we were sunbathing. We stayed at the Hotel Cachet for our third year and the standard at the Manzara restaurant was as high as ever. Excellent range of dishes, coupled with attentive service and good selection of local wines. My favourite dish was the fresh sea bass cooked with apple. The marvelous setting and views further complement a great dining experience

For fall break we spent two weeks in a villa in Kas with our 2 children and dear friends. After our first wonderful dinner experience at the Manzara Restaurant we came back two more times. Each time the food was excellent and the service professional and very friendly. And the location is absolutely stunning.
