We have had lunch twice at the Kas Deli. The menu is still being finalised, not everything written on the chalkboard is available BUT both days we have experienced good fresh food. The chicken crepe was delicious! Sandwiches were made with bread straight out the oven. Apple pie and coffee were also good. The service was excellent and the owner... More
Just to let everybody know, ownership of this establishment has changed recently. The name has reverted to Kas Deli and is now run by a nice guy named Adli. He is offering food from breakfast time until the evening. Went there last night where he served lasagne, very nice. He is continuing offering cakes, pies, coffee, etc as the previous... More
If you love cake you should go and visit Kirsten. But be aware: you have to be early as the cakes are in great demand! Kirsten is very friendly and chats with you in English and German.
This is a superbly friendly small restaurant/cafe which serves homecooked food of great qaulity. Only the freshest ingredients are used and the surroundings are spotless. We ate two evening meals here, one lovely lunch and had lots of coffee and cake by day, there was nothing that we were not pleased with. Kirsten also made us some very tasty sandwiches... More
If you happen to be at the small town of Kas in southern Turkey, you should make your way to this small and delightful cafe/deli. Food is great, and Kirsten makes you feel very welcome. You can request any dish you wish [I'm guessing within reason]. If you want a break from the usual Turkish restaurants, this is your answer.
Nothing to dislike here, just lots of likes, I will list but a few. fresh filter coffee, super homemade cakes, the best roast beef sandwich i ever ate, quality wine at a reasonable price, A hostess who always greets you with a smile, Location with sea views.
One of the few places in town that serves real coffee AND gets winter sunshine. The owner, Kirsten (strangely enough) is gorgeous and a wonderful cook. In winter, you need to pre-order if you want dinner. Kirsten always has a great cake on the go, and there are always snacks available. A perfect place to meet for coffee or a... More

Kirsten made us feel very welcome the first time we met her. The restaurant is situated in a quiet street, with lovely views on the edge of the town close to the ampitheatre. Kirsten makes the nicest coffee in town along with very tasty cakes. On Friday evenings she does themed nights which was a great experience along with excellent... More
