I think you could only ever come here on a recommendation because there is nothing to attract the passing potential diner to this small restaurant. We came because a fellow traveller told us that the fish &chips I was hanging out for after 2 weeks of great Vietnamese food, was exceptional here. As long as you don't have a problem... More

We went here for dinner after a fitting for my friends weddin dress at Yaly just across the river. The restaurant doesn't look as fancy as some along the riverfront strip (which because t is at street number "1", you need to walk past tp get here), but don't be fooled, it's worth the walk. At first the waiter seemd... More

We were bike riding past this restaurant and saw the sign for fresh beer (4000 dong). Had a some beer and a bowl of pho which was fabulous. We decided to head back for dinner on our last night in Hoi An. Ate stuffed squid and duck with lemongrass. Food was delicious, very friendly owners who really appreciate it when... More

Situated on the other side of the river on the islet, the atmosphere is more relaxed here. A friend living in Hoi An recommended this restaurant to me and I wish I'd found it sooner during my time in Hoi An. There is a large variety of dishes on the menu; both Western and Vietnamese and some vegetarian dishes too.... More

Just finished eating at this great little restaurant, we were hot on arrival and they quickly had a fan playing on us. Greatly appreciated. One serve of fresh spring rolls, quite a large serving delicious I saw all the ingredients coming out of the fridge cost 65000 VND. My husband had the Vietnamese pancake which he raved about, I snuck a... More

We ate dinner twice at this small family restaurant on the other side of the river and it was probably some of the best food we had whilst in Hoi An. We tried the Diablo pizza and stir fried vegetables with garlic. The pizza (25 cm) had a lovely crispy base with generous toppings of cheese and vegetables but it... More

Had the fish n chips for dinner. Was vomiting by 1am. It's a family run business and their toddler was screaming and crying the entire time. Poor mother was trying to serve customers and look after bub. Bubs also dropped pants and peed on floor. Parents didnt realise and frequently walked through it as it was by a refrigerator.
