We have eaten in this restaurant about four times over the past few years and have found the portion size to be quite small but after visiting last month it all seems to have had a makeover as neither of us could complete our meals. The food was delicious and the service under the watchful eye of Charlie the manager... More

Located in the resort's main building, the dining room is a nice synthesis of local and edgy decor with plenty of dark wood. Despite the posh setting, service was generally lacking although not so much so we were more than merely amused. Upon arrival, we were greeted with some confusion, but finally were given an appropriate table for our party.... More

Great restaurant, with really top notch food and excellent service. It was almost empty when we ate here which is a shame, more people would have added to the atmosphere however this did not distract from a great meal. Could do with lowering the air con a small bit! very cold!

Food here is good but we suffered slight "Fawlty Towers" issues as a lot of meals were "off" and we were not told of this when ordering-so only 3 starters arrived,etc... Anyway, what food we did have is very good and this is an issue that they can sort easily

We ate only once at this restaurant and enjoyed our meal but found it to be very expensive. Peppino is the fine-dining option at Shangri-La's KK hotel and spa. The room is elegant and there is an option to eat on the outside terrace - as we did. Service is warm (as everywhere at this hotel) but slow. Food quality... More

Delicious food but with two of the staff on sick-leave, they just had to many guests to handle this night. They apologized for it but could at least have offered a free coffee or a dessert to compensate but that did not happen..

Our night here started off a little slow - after receiving the menus we waited an eternity to order drinks but that really was the only hiccup. As usual shangri la staff were welcoming & friendly. We ordered pasta, salad & dessert and enjoyed all of it. The pasta was on par with Gusto at the waterfront, but in a... More

Me and my wife went there last night to celebrate her birthday and it was great. The place is warm and welcoming and their service was friendly. They have a lot of good food a great selection of wines. When not cooking, Chef Salvatore is always around, making sure we're happy and getting the best they can offer. We ordered... More

Whilst this isn't strictly a family restaurant they do their best to cater for young children. They make a small margharita pizza for19MR.and will organise some colouring. We ate here on several occasions, I enjoyed pasta , risotto and the pizza. However the main pizzas are very large and you only need one between two, something the waiter did not... More

Good food and great wine. Could be a bit pricy for KK. Venue is also good and the service was friendly and efficient.
