This was lovely sad to see parents and kids with their noses in ipads instead of taking in the view and talking to their kids. This aside great satays and perfect view

Absolutely perfect to sit and watch the sun go down. Albeit without the kids !. Also good just to sit and relax in and just people watch. Prices aren't cheap, but not ludicrously expensive considering the view !
Amazing sunset spot but I agree with Chunky353 and SwissW; very slow service with only one staff member and then the place was overrun... We enjoyed the setting.
This bar is in a beautiful location but if you are coming for sunset, get there early to get a seat near the front, otherwise you will sit and have your view blocked by numerous chinese snapping away like crazy with no spacial awareness of the fact they might be in your way. Bad Management of the bar at peak...

Great restaurant, with really top notch food and excellent service. It was almost empty when we ate here which is a shame, more people would have added to the atmosphere however this did not distract from a great meal. Could do with lowering the air con a small bit! very cold!
Get there early enough. Happy hour lasts for two.... Satays were tasty so were the frozen margaritas. Service was slow until other staff turned up later on.
A great place to sit back and watch the beautiful sunset, if you can put up with a ton of pushy tourists desperate to get a photo of it! Definitely worth a visit.

A great place to enjoy a cocktail or 5-6 in my case. I really enjoyed the sunset bar and it was one of the highlights of my stay.
We ate only once at this restaurant and enjoyed our meal but found it to be very expensive. Peppino is the fine-dining option at Shangri-La's KK hotel and spa. The room is elegant and there is an option to eat on the outside terrace - as we did. Service is warm (as everywhere at this hotel) but slow. Food quality...
