Couldn´t beat the Maribago Grill but didnt disappoint us either. Music was too loud, so we had to choose the dark side of the restaurant. Kids were afraid of the program the TV was showing. I was glad blackout made the music quiet and turned the TV off.

La Place is across the street from the much busier Maribago Grill. La Place is an outdoor restaurant, although there are sheltered areas where you can sit if it's raining. It's restaurant and guest house in one. Comparing to other guesthouses in a similar price level this is the best choice - nice rooms, hot watter, A/C, wi-fi, quiet place, friendly staff. We went for drinks and nibbles one weekday evening. The staff were friendly, the setting was good but it was a little quiet. I can imagine it's a fun place to be on a weekend, but I'd certainly recommend leaving your nearby resort to come here. The restaurant across the road is also very good.

it's ok. i mean near the house. not really a good hangout place because of lots of mosquito's. quite place. so-so

Its a nice place where u can relax, hang on the bar or have some diner...the food is various and ok. the friendly staff makes your stay almost u forget to go home.

These guys have yummy cocktails, and the food was OK. I would recommend elsewhere for value and atmosphere.

La Place is not just a restobar; beside it is a newly constructed guesthouse where I stayed. The restobar setting is simple but invites an aura of tranquility.
