Goutez is a quaint French inspired restaurant in the middle of busy Kyoto. We happened upon it walking the streets with friends and decided to go in. Its clean, the decor is simple but lovely with cloth table coverings, bistro-esque works of art and a small wire Eiffel Tower sculpture in the bathroom. The couple who own it are genuine... More
