I can always count on Madam Kwan's for some hearty Malaysian food which always tastes good. Huge portions, reasonable prices and food quality maintained has kept me coming back to patronize this restaurant over the years. Depending on which outlet you visit, there most probably will be a line in order to get seated during lunch and dinner hours. Going... More

Nasi Lemak THE best I've ever tasted. It is a must for all Nyonya foodies! Sambal sauce was absolutely delicious. It wasn't too hot or too mild in flavour, if was just perfect heaven. When we went there the restaurant WAS full, had to wait few minutes for seats, but it was WORTH every second of our wait.

Madam Kwan serves tasty Malaysian local dishes. Their signature Nasi Lemak, Nasi Bojari and curry laksa are some must try items. However, the menu price is not cheap at all, considering you are paying for the ambience. Service is average and taste may vary depending at different branches.

This is a great restaurant. It is a part of a chain and you may find it in various locations. I love the food there. The beef rendang and satay are my favorites. If you are visiting KL, this is the best place to start knowing Malaysian food.

Our guide recommended Madam Kwan's as a nice place to try authentic Malaysian dishes. Its based on the 4th floor at Suria KLCC, close to the Petronas Towers. On this level there is a food court & a number of other restaurants. Madam Kwan's is an open fronted restaurant, so it gives the impression of being a halfway house between... More

I have known Madam Kwan's since 2000 when I first came to Malaysia. That was at the KLCC branch, and I have eaten at 3 or 4 other branches many many times. I love love love the curry laksa. The flavour is intense, the tamarind/chilli paste is superb but not too hot, and the The physical environment of the restaurants... More

Service is quite efficient as most of the waiters will walk around to see if you need anything. Their nasi lemak is a must try! Curry chicken with it is totally delicious with prawn floss makes it tastes better.

Very popular and authentic. Two of us ate there and we had a big feast. Service is good. Price is not the cheapest but worth a try.
