I was in the Taipan Outlet to purchase a whole cake for Mother's Day on 12th May 2013 and they were left with 3 choices only - Green Tea cheese cake, Macademia cake and Durian Cheese cake. I was a little lost and I asked one of the waiter which was a bit bigger size (i forgot his name) for... More

l was recommended by my sister & sister in law of this cafe a few years ago so, l had my first strawberry marshmallow cake here with my usual favorite Earl Grey Tea. It was fabulous! Then, l've become hooked. So far, l've tried the cheese cakes varieties too & they are fluffy & creamy. l'll try their chocolate ones... More

Went to Secret Recipe at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Departure Lounge (it's on the utmost right hand side as you enter the departure hall from the main entrance). Ordered Chocolate Banana Cake and Chicken Cordon Bleu. Banana cake was served immediately and it was excellent. Moist and chocolatey with lots of banana. The chicken cordon bleu was ready in about... Wonderful cheese cakes! Love the yummy all-nut cake. the lamb leg's tender though a bit salty. Service can be slow at times.

Wonderful selection of cakes. But my favourite one is the Banana Chocolate cake. But the only thing I don't like about the cakes is it is too sweet at times. Maybe cutting down on sugar would be excellent.

This outlet is pricey but good. The cake and coffee selection is of a very high standard. The cakes always taste fresh and the servings are quite large. The drinks choice is very good if you want something different. Service is a little slow and make sure you have a chip on your credit card as they don't have a... More

Their cakes are good and thankfully not sickeningly sweet. Their food is just so-so. The only plus point of this cake shop is that is has healthy cakes with is good.

It is everywhere. Somehow we have always experienced poor service which is disappointing. Food does not tend to be freshly cooked but reheated.

So I discovered this cafe on my first day in Malaysia. That evening after dinner, I expressed to my friend whom I was staying with, that I was yearning for a fat slice of cheesecake and her reply was "secret recipe"........I was intrigued. The next day I was in Putrajaya and saw a cafe tucked away in the corner of... More
