The newly renovated Aioli is set up in a quiet alley between two main busy streets. The decor is tastefully done, and the food is delicious. The place certainly offers a fine dining experience in Male. And the food is fairly reasonably priced.

Prepare to pay to London West-End prices. Most of the menu was not avilable. Staff were farily curt and rude and pretended not to understand. Food generally was good and tasty- good sized potions.

Great menu and apparently it is getting better. Renovations and menu changes coming in the new year. The food was delicious; the service was very friendly and the owner / manager was attentive. I will return for sure and would recommend without hesitation.

the only great thing about the place is the location. food although not the best, used to be quite consistent, but recently it has lacked consistency. one thing positive however is that the menu contains a decent selection of light meals which is always useful on a busy day.

If you'd like a more special meal, this is the place for you. Dishes are inventive, varied, and exceptional. Service is slightly on the more formal side, but I didn't feel unwelcome wearing shorts and carrying a backpack, either. The dining room is dimly lit, giving a nearly romantic atmosphere. It's a slightly hidden gem on Male.
