Max's restaurant has always been placed on a hierarchy of preferences when it comes to eating out, or taking home food to a hungry bunch of people.this time around, heading to Sct. Tuazon after a busy day at the clinic, was a nice surprise to find out they have devoted a substantial amount of land for parking, and have opened... More

So much renovation has been done to the place through the decades, but this remains the best place to go to for my Max's fried chicken fix. What's the dif from other Max's joints? Is it a different frying oil being used here? Could it be that the original cooking vat is still in use in this branch? Or is... More

Eating fried chicken at Max's is a Filipino tradition. The chicken is usually moist, but rather on the oily side. They also offer other Filipino dishes, but with varied results. Their soups taste like they were made from instant powdered mixes purchased in a supermarket, their chicken burger is dry and bland, but other Filipino dishes like camaron (shrimp) and... More

This is a chain of hug restaurant offering Filipino dishes.Their most famous dish is their fried chicken. They cooked it in a very different way, the chicken is very tender, crispy and the skin becomes so thin it almost become part of the meat. Another thing to try would be the camote fries which is like french fries but using... More

I've always loved Max, and this place has never given me a cause for grief. The food is always excellent and served in a timely fashion, and the servers are plentiful, courteous, and effficient. We held my son's baptism here last February , and it was a success. No hassles, no surprises. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.

This is a fast foodie type of chicken chain in the Philippines. Food is average. Chicken is ok. Crispy para not up to par. Feels like a noisy fish market minus the fish as most guests are noisy and rowdy. Guess people here grew up with this restaurant and are nostalgic about it. Otherwise not Really worth the stomach space

I grew up with eating Max's fried chicken and it is still far the best fried chicken for Filipinos taste. Our family, including our childen, loves going to Max's. Max's also serves authentic Filipino dishes, to those traveling to the Philippines and has limited time to try our food, go to Max's - where almost all Pinoy dishes are served.

In wherever Max's Fried Chicken you go to, the taste is always the same. I do remember the first time my father brought us to Max's and ordered half chicken for each of us. That was absolutely amazing. And it is still the same though that comes to mind whenever I go to any Max's Restaurant.
