Located a few blocks down Main Street from Ashland's Plaza and the Shakespeare Festival is this small, casual restaurant serving delicious and healthy soups, wraps, salads, and desserts, all made from scratch in its compact kitchen. Tiny little hole in the wall, but the food is really good. They make delicious, fresh soups, wraps, and paninis. We especially loved the curry corn chowder, but everything was yummy.
Soup is home made and very tasty. The wraps are wonderful and a good size. Service is great. This small restaurant is right near the Shakespeare Theater in the Plaza area.

Pangea has creative, delicious sandwiches. The wait staff is wonderful and very friendly. The place is tiny, but worth the cramped quarters for a fun meal.
Great food and location. Great for people watching , and the wraps are very good too. I get the Cleopatra wrap. YUM YUM

Ate lunch here both days of my visit. Affordable, tasty, cozy, and lots of vegan and gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions. Daily array of tasty soups (they even let me taste a morsel of all of them before I chose what I wanted. Friendly and good service
I agree with another reviewer who said if you can only choose one place to eat out on your trip to Ashland, this is a great choice! If I hadn't seen their ad in a tourist brochure, I might have walked right by. We had been craving paninis, so it caught my eye. It was one of the best I've...
