Ive had things from Manderfields that were inspired and others that were worse than box store bakery items. We had our groom's cake made here and it was a fine, generic chocolate cake. This is by far the best bakery around. Their cakes/birthday cakes are always beyond excellent. Ordered their Lemon Poppy Seed torte as a birthday cake - OMG! It was by far the absolute best birthday cake I ever tasted.

When you walk in the smell of baked goods is overwhelming...and wonderful. All the locations are affiliated so you can get delicious food at any of them. Their fresh fruit tarts are to die for!

Always fresh. We also enjoy their frozen cookie dough. My favorite location is in East Appleton. Closed on holidays (like Memorial Day), so don't promise fresh donuts to visiting family. Always friendly. They don't carry Maple glazed items,... and so many items have the same white sweet glaze or chocolate.
