Inexpensive and friendly staff. I didn't want to spend $20 US on a Cuban and the counter sold me a very fresh local hand rolled robusto for 5 bucks
Visited the cigar bar in April. The owner Rick was behind the bar serving drinks. Rick made us feel very much at home as we had great conversation and gave us some good tips about the island. Later that night we came back to meet his white who was behind the bar and she is just as nice as Rick...

The West End Cigar Bar is different. Though owned by an expatriate, this was not a place...
