The food at Time for Lime really stands out from any other place I tried - it is completely delicious, full of fresh aromatic herbs and everything is made from scratch. The spring rolls are something else, they'll never taste the same again!

Very quirky little restaurant with a menu that is so confusing considering there is only one main course dish available (changes every day). The students in the cook school behind the little restaurant seemed to be having a good time and the vibe is very hippy.
Nice appetisers (deep fried usual suspects) but the one main course dish was so...

I love Koh Lanta and the delicious food at Time For Lime so much that I have returned again!
One of the only restaurants open all year on the beach with beautiful sunsets and happy hour cocktails.
They changed their food concept since the last time I was here. But as before I found the food, the setting and the...

The food was only average. We went to consider the cookery lessons however food not up to it! As expected we didn,t sign up for cookery classes
The best cocktail I've ever had--Chili margaritas were amazing. The food was great and not too sweet the way Thai food is sometimes. We had spring rolls that had amazing lime flavor, banana leaf wrapped shrimp and king mackeral. Every was wonderful! I'm a bit of a chocolate snob, so I wouldn't suggest the dessert--I tend to only like dark...

A stylish, modern restaurant at the far end of Klong Dao beach, with the main seating area upstairs overlooking the cookery school.
The menu is set and the main course/dessert change daily (see website). Three starters, only one main course (choose chicken, fish or veg) and one dessert.
Shrimps wrapped in pepper leaves as a starter were absolutely divine, but...

Time for Lime offers wonderful cooking courses for people who are interested in real Thai food! the price is affordable for the abundant food!
Very professorial attraction, owned by western people, so a bit of commercialization feel. No discussion on quality, yet bit more expensive than others. My wife liked all 6 hours spent there, I like the food she prepared (which was way much better than on average koh lanta restaurant, maybe one of the best I tried in Koh Lanta at all).
Right at the end of Klong Dao Beach after a lengthy walk from your hotel you'll discover this cool place with lime-colored lights dangling in a huge tree, bathing the beachfront property in an eerie, mysterious green-yellow glow. The food choice is from a weekday set menu, so Monday they cook a, Tuesday you get b - take it or...

Dear "Hobnab72" We are so happy that you liked our concept "take it or leave it" ;o)....
The food is fresh. By the way, there is only 1 staff that is not Thai, the owner.
The other two young English speaking people are volunteers at Lanta animal Welfare, that are so kind to help us out, since our profits goes...
