They have a few yummy looking vegetarian options on the menu, but the flavors in the Asian chicken salad sounded really good. I asked the waiter if it would be possible to substitute the chicken for vegetables and make a vegetarian version of it. I got an amazing salad with eggplant and zucchini substituted for the chicken and I couldn't... More

My husband and I stopped here for breakfast after growing weary of paying $29 for a tired breakfast buffet at our hotel. What a delight. Outdoor, open air seating - he had the stuffed french toast and I had the egg/bacon/cheese/avocado sandwich. Coffee was excellent, service was fast and the food was very affordable.

We were in La Fortuna early and needed breakfast. I had the bagel with lox, and my husband had the breakfast burrito. Both were pretty good, liked the fruit juice too. Over all, pretty good. Service was good, too.

Sandwich was good. Salad was good and spicy. Location was great to watch people mill about during lunch. Nothing amazing but enjoyable.

We had lunch here and just loved the food. We had the day's specials - curry chicken sandwich and fish tacos with guacamole. Both were excellent. They were about $8 each before taxes and fee. Our guanabana natural drinks were good too. Natural fruit drinks are a staple food in Costa Rica and they are on menu almost all the... More

We passed this restaurant when we came from Arenal park, and ate here when we realized the place we were aiming for was closed. The name and decor caught my daughter's eye. We were happily surprised at the quality of food, which though more American than Costa Rican, was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly, but the service was a... More

We had a blt salad (actually a wrap) that was just okay. I thought my club sandwich was a little tastier. Overall, it was a nice change from tico food but I was left wanting.

Had lunch there today to try it out. The menu is quite like what you would find at a gourmet deli in the US. I had the chipotle chicken wrap and a banana smoothie. Definitely on the pricey side in town. $13 for just that, and not terribly large portions although enough for lunch. I did notice they have bagels... More

We came here before setting off on our day of adventure. My son and I were excited to try the banana pancakes and stuffed french toast. When the waitress came to our table she informed us there were no pancakes or french toast!! That left only bacon/egg sandwich on either itailan bread or tortilla. Very disappointed. The sandwich was good... More

This little cafe is cute. Great coffee. We ordered the caramel delight. It was delicious we went back for seconds the same day. It's a great little place to sit and watch the locals go about their business while drinking great coffee. We did not order food but everything brought out to other tables looked delicious.
