We live in Dominical but travel back to our homes in Colorado and Alaska and try to take time to have a nice evening at Grano de Oro. We stay out by the airport and the drive to get there is very simple. We love the open dining area with the stars above.

I has an outstanding ambiance, great taste. The portions are however extremely small as if they were making some savings. Kitchen was closed too soon. Great selection of drinks at the bar.

Atmosphere was tremendous A+ Service was very good as well...Food wasn't as impressive as the price.

We had a wonderful dinner at Grano de Oro, the restaurant is lovely and the food and service spectacular. We can recommend this place if you visit San Jose, you cannot do any better than to dine at this wonderfully elegant place. You can eat both inside or outside.
