Is one of most tasty paellas in San Jose.... The restaurante is not big but this is the best part of the experience!!!

“off the beaten path”

The restaurant is in a neighborhood off the beaten path but has a warm and inviting interior. The food is quite good as I experienced from their Tapas menu. The prices are more like the US than Costa Rica but it's a good value.

If you like Spanish food, Casa Luisa is the current place to go. Don't expect luscious environments, for here are none. Do expect warmth from the personnel and an evening of great food.
