While shopping we stopped in for a cup of coffee and a croissant...the chocolate croissant was very tasty. Nice place to rest and warm up!

Yep they have moved to the valley and are not downtown anymore. Had lunch there today and here is my take: Since the daily sandwiches and other offering changes everyday I guess the owner decided a menu/ chalk board or something to look at and decide was a bad idea. ( hey remove some of that "art" on the wall... More

Not going downtown? Lucky you -- there's now a great place near the airport to catch breakfast or lunch. Joan serves amazing pastries and sandwiches in a quirky location with western pop decor.

Strange menu and stranger staff. Tiny hole in the wall that caters to the unwary tourist. If you walk a bit farther to find a nicer place you won't regret it.

Had ham and cheddar sandwich, which they grilled. Delightful staff, decor a little funky, food was delicious, well presented with a small side salad of pasta and fresh lettuce. Would definitely recommend for a light, healthy lunch. Good value for the money.

Our son introduced us to this delightful cafe while cruising through Alaskan waters. The scones and bread pudding are to die for - AND they are open YEAR ROUND, which is a rarity in that part of the country. Go and enjoy some of the best pastries in Alaska!

My husband and I have been to Juneau three times and each time we go we make sure to visit the Paradise Cafe. The place is quirky and fun - the staff is friendly - the coffee is good and the strawberry pastry is MEMORABLE!! :)

Great little cafe to cozy up to while in Juneau. Food was great and the service was very friendly. Quirky decor.

Love, love, love this little place! The food is great - try the quiche - but leave room for dessert and coffee. On a rainy day (which is pretty often in Juneau) sit inside and absorb the zen vibes from the colorful decor. Very fun, great staff and awesome food!

Such a surprise! We happened upon this place, and enjoyed our breakfast so much! Order at the counter, then sit to enjoy the quaint surroundings.
