What an awesome place! We only stopped in for drinks, but their menu has loads of great offerings and I'd love to eat there next time we're in the area and AZ. What a great place, staff super friendly, and the drinks were awesome! A must place to visit!!

Hungry and walking so we stopped at this packed restaurant. Service was pretty quick and we soon had drinks. ordered the best salmon BLT ever and my wife and I shared a deliciour southwest ceasar salad. Excellent all the way around. Our Australian friends ordered a chicken wrap and crab cakes. They have traveled the world and they said this... More

Be sure to get the Nacho Mama's mac and cheese - delicious!. A side of that and a salad with salmon were the best value for food our whole trip.

Visited this place on a Wednesday, the server did me a favor by waiting on us. the prices were ridiculous for a medicore burger with the worst fries that could be "served". I would never give this place another chance because this is my fifth time eating here in the past year. Thinking each time the food would get better... More

Staying in Sedona for a week, we decided to take a trip to Jerome for the Art Walk. We stopped at the Mile High Grill for lunch. We split a very generous sized burger, buffalo chips and fried pickles. The burger was perfectly cooked to our specifications with our choice of harvati cheese; no tiny sliver of cheese here. Our... Stopped in Jerome on our way from Phoenix to Sedona. It was 4ish and we never really had breakfast no less dinner. We found The Mile High and stopped in for "linner". Korin served us and was just delightful. She had a big beautiful smile and was friendly and courteous. We were starving so we started with the soft pretzels... More

As first I thought that the server, Ms. Lack O'Personality (dark hair, no smile) was not happy with us because we only ordered two orders of sourdough toast & two coffees for breakfast, but as I watched her work (and I use that term loosely) throughout the restaurant she NEVER cracked a smile at any of her four other tables.... Ate here when passing through Jerome. Staff was very helpful, and very friendly, but our salads were very disappointing. It would probably be better to stick with burgers or sandwiches here. We ordered the Harvest Salad which was listed with cucumber, tomato, fennel and Balsamic dressing. The lettuce was a bit wilted and there was too much dressing on the... More

The menu is varied with several creative dishes along with simple appetizers like two big hot pretzels with spicy mustard and cheese (always my kids favorite). The chili with green chilies and pork is really good. Not skimpy on the pork or chilies, nice! Staff is really cool, gave my son a MiHi oval sticker for the truck and treated... More

A fun atmosphere, good food, and quick and friendly service made for a good experience. We walked all up and down Jerome looking for another restaurant which was recommended on TA but is now closed. So we "settled" for Mile High and were definitely not disappointed. A great place to relax and enjoy Jerome.
