Service and food of good quality. Puddings disappointing and starters too generous. More

Nguni was the best meal we had in all of South Africa! Beautiful restaurant with great food and service and such good value for money - particularly in $AU! Had Springbok for the first time, it was perfectly cooked and really enjoyed it! Go here for dinner! More

Welcomed by Robert who was excellent and always there to top up our glasses. Menu very good had the Bobottie spring rolls to start with the most delicious chutney. Mains were the Springbok fillet which was cooked to perfection and the lime, coriander and chilli chicken which was delicious. Nice venue and will be sure to return if next in Pletttenberg. More

We had booked the previous day and were warmly welcomed by Robert at the entrance to the restaurant. He knew immediately who we were (I guess there were not too many reservations for a couple that evening). He offered us some options on where we wanted to be seated (inside the cosy and chic farm-house style restaurant or outside on... More

We were greeted on arrival by a cheerful attentive hostess who took time to ensure that we had a satifactory table. i noticed that she was the same with all her customers. The service was ok and the meal very good value for money. Recommende by our hotel: they were not wrong. More

Don't be put off by it being in a side street. It is small but the food quality and range make a visit well worth while. Very good service with pleasant staff More

Gorgeous restaurant and wonderful service, but the food was a little more basic than i was expecting. I ordered a smoked trout starter which was more of a sashimi and salad. My main was grilled line fish with a butter sauce but the butter had burned a little giving the fish a slightly bitter taste and slightly overdone. However, my... More

We both ate Springbok - probably the best we have tasted in 4 trips to SA. The starter (Caprese) and dessert were also excellent More

Very much worth a visit. Very warm welcome from staff and helpful as to our meal chices. Most tender chicken I have ever had! The springbok steak was delicious as were the salads. Good selections of wine and to finish off the meal make sure you have a dessert. Will go back again for sure!! More
