This is a relatively simple restaurant specializing in fish. We tried several different fish dishes--all excellent. Relatively simple dishes but prepared superbly with fresh ingredients--five star quality taste. Great tasting oysters from right on the bay. Not particularly expensive--a bargain at the price!
Most of all, since we were very late getting to our hotel--they stayed open an extra hour...

Pleasant restaurant on main street from waterfront. Good selection of local fish. Steaks and other dishes excellent too. We tried new meats and fish and were not disappointed. All very fresh, as you would expect.

We spent 3 nights in Knysna on our G.Route trip.We had excellent food and service on our first night and were so pleased we booked our third night here also.In between we ate on the Waterfront which although very good our preference was with this slightly hidden away gem.
Search it out and you will not be disappointed.

My girlfriend and I had a nice dinner at this place.
The staff took good care of us, and got us a table inside when it got really windy.
Their seafood and dessert was really good, and the prices are so cheap compared to the quality of the food.

Going mid week at the end of summer, it was quiet at the restaurant. All the staff we very friendly and our server was particularly talkative and helpful.
The restaurant isn't particularly...

Did not live up to expectations, very busy but obviously understaffed. The staff were working flat out but we had to wait for almost an hour for our first course to come and over half an hour for the next course. We realised there was a problem and felt sorry for the staff, but an apology or explanation would have...
