This resaturant had wifi which is rare in SA. The owner is obviously struggeling after taking oer - they were nice (very nice!) but the food can only be called mediocre....
We were the only ones in at 6.30 on a Saturday evening. Food was OK, nothing special but I can see why they weren't packed out. Probably would not return - there are better options nearby.
It seemed quiet in the Swiss Bistro, however there were a couple of tables in there. It turns out, the other customers were in fact friends of the owner, not paying customers! The restaurant we wanted to go to was full so we had to go to the Swiss Bistro. Sorry to say but it's absolutely terrible. The seats are extremely hard and wobble on the uneven floor. the place is very homely and has an aviary and a big black hen roaming around ! Service is pleasant and place is neat.

For the first time in my life I sent a meal back. How this place even has the audacity to call itself a restaurant and expect customers pay is beyond me. All I can surmise is that as there is a bar attached, most of the customers who eat there have had so much to drink they just don't care.... More
