Lunch at the Landmark is always a pleasant treat. The Salad Room is a small buffet that has a variety of salad items, soups, fruit, desserts, and hot items. The food is always good, and everything is fresh. Prices are fair, overall, but expect to spend a little more than average for a lunch. The building itself is designated as... More

First visit - went on a Sunday evening, had reservations. We were greeted by a man vomiting near the check in area- couldn't find a staff person anywhere to help. When somebody showed up, he seemed very uncaring. Seated & took forever for anybody to even offer a drink. I had the beef stroganoff- tasted & looked like it was... More

Meeting with special friends not seen in over 20 years means dinner at a restaurant with it's own history which The Landmark has. We made reservations for six on a Sunday night and were glad we did, went right to our table. The menu offerings were substantial (as were the serving sizes) with 'something for everyone' including a salad bar... More

Consistantly good. Personally, I like going for lunch instead of dinner because of prices. The salad room is our family's favorite. At lunch it's 9.95 and dinner is 14.95. It offers a variety of soups (usually at least three different kinds), salad, every fresh veggie you can think of, meatballs, chicken and dumplings, beans, potatoes, hot cinnamon apples, bbq chicken,... This venue is located in an old Mormon church, which is a historic building w/ some history. We were greeted and seated promptly and our server, Jeff, quickly brought menus and took our drink orders. No draft, only bottled, unfortunately. We had green salads, which were crisp and fresh. My wife's prime rib, was perfect medium rare and my pot... More

Friends took us to the Landmark last week during the week. Took 30 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. They were very disorganized. Did not see a manager the whole evening. Salad room is outstanding and should have just gone for that. Everything including hot dishes that you would want. Must have been in a different restaurant than... More

This is a beautiful building. My mother went to this building when it was a church many years ago. I just wish they had better food. I got the salad bar and was disappointed. Not a huge selection, and the food was mediocre. Service was also slow, even when we were only one of two tables occupied in the large... More

This restaurant is an actual landmark here in Mesa. There are local pictures all over the walls depicting the history of Mesa. I have been here many times, and will continue to return for great food and a chance to share Mesa's history.

My Daughter and her husband invited me to come with them for dinner at the Landmark. I had been there only time time before, in the 1990's when I was visiting them from my home state. I had a wonderful experience at that time. Last night was totally different. We had reservations, and were seated promptly. Our waitress came almost... More

Consistent quality and a menu that can satisfy them all. If you can't find a menu listing to your taste, It is one of the largest selection soup/salad bars. Service and prep always great. Our go to for anniversary.
