My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at the Hermosa Inn one night because of plane connections in Phoenix. One of the reasons we chose the Hermosa, was that Lon's is there. We went to Lon's for my son's Arizona State University graduation dinner and loved it. We had a party of 10 and sat outside under the lights with a guitar soloist playing in the background. Great evening and delicious food.

We dined on the patio with a group of friends. The atmosphere was beautiful. We were fortunate to be there on an evening with live entertainment. It was excellent and added to our experience. The food was delicious. The garden areas are lovely and well maintained. Eat outdoors, if you can.

Be sure to get a tour of the main building, its a place with a deep history in the American West, has a cool wine cellar, and you can see the original adobe. Meal was fantastic, and the staff was great. Our waiter took real pride in sharing the menu and the history of the ranch.

Lon's has the one of the best patios I've seen; and live music the night we were there. Food is great and service even better. Loved it!
