Nice for some drinks at the beach or to grab a quick dinner. Nothing fancy but decent food and right at the beach. Laid back, alternative vibe, all sorts of people visit the place.

I have been here quite a few times. I will be honest, I have been here for Happy Hour and breakfast and dinner. The food is tasty. Even better it is only a few steps from the beach. English-speaking server. Food was good, but not cheap for CR. Fun tourist place. I had grilled tuna steak. In the US, I'd order it rare, but here I ask for medium rare. Anyway, it was very good, but I should've ordered rare. It was a large tuna steak, but cost like $17-18 USD. Comparable to prices back home.

Tortilla Flats is a funky, fun beach bar where the food is good, the ocean is near and the people watching is great!! The menu has a wide variety of options and prices. We've eaten there before and would happily go back again. Truly an institution in Dominical.

This place has a great view of the ocean, interesting patronage, and wonderfully delicious food! We went for dinner one night and lunch another day. The fish dishes are very fresh and well worth their price. If they have tuna, order the tuna!!!

This was a fun place for lunch. Food isn't outstanding, but the restaurant is right by the beach and it's a fun place to sit and people watch. We'd go again.

This place has it all!! Great location and views with local charm and ambiance. A super service staff and a huge selection of food. the sandwiches were creative but the calamari was the best we had ever tasted anywhere!! Dominical and this place is a must do!!

Good place to people watch and very close to the beach, though overall nothing to write home about. The food is a mix of burgers chicken, fish and local food, though nothing surprising or too exciting. The service overall was okay, though very perfunctory.
