We stopped for coffee and cakes after a 23 bike ride along the camel trail and what a treat! The waitresses were very friendly and attentive, and the homemade banana and Chocolate cake and Bakewell tart we had were both divine! The best cakes we have had in Cornwall at a very reasonable price. Wish we could come back and... More

Visited this small but immaculate restaurant with my hubby and we were blown away by both the fantastic service from the ever smiling ladies and the awesome quality of the food. We shared a mixed fish platter which was to die for and if that wasn't enough the fresh fruit roulade for dessert made my day - it was truly... More

We had a lovely meal here yesterday. Arrived at lunch the crab sandwich was perfect although I felt a little overpriced. Wished we had of gone for the desserts as they amazing. The best roulade I've ever seen. My milkshake was perfect too.

My friend and I popped in for a late lunch on the May bank holiday weekend. I had already had a pasty but I couldn't say no to the smoked mackerel pate. It was truly delicious! A little expensive but well worth it. The ladies who worked out front were so kind, caring and helpful and the chef(s) did a... More

Is this the best cream tea I have ever tasted? Quite possibly, and I've had a few! It wasn't cheap but the scones were lovely (freshly made, light, and not at all dry) and the cream and jam tasted fantastic. The presentation was also top notch, with half a strawberry on the side. I will definitely be returning for another... More
