You wont be disappointed, The food is always gourmet, and the service is usually good, they get busy, and sometimes not as on top of things, but well worth the wait.

A colleague and his family took me to this very pleasant restaurant. Salads were super-fresh and very good. Both the pasta that two of us had and the fish another DC had were very good and a reasonable (not gargantuan) portion size. The kids seemed very happy with a nice-looking cheese pizza and chicken tenders that appeared house-made. Bread basket...

Went here for a business dinner. The service was fantastic and easily supported our special requests for the vegetarians in the group. The back room we were in had doors that blocked out the noise from the rest of the restaurant which was great for actually be able to have conversations. We had the appetizer samplers. The bruschetta was really...

Ok this is my fourth visit to Vivace, and once again the food and service was great. Try the Penne with Sausage the sauce was like mommy made, prefect!
Close to Redwood Shores. Excellent service, food and location! Would definitely go back when I return to this location for business. Great prices and parking.
Met some friends for a group dinner. Loved how they created a mini-room for us back by the fireplace. The wine list is very extensive and the sangiovese by the glass was wonderful ("it had great legs"). I had the short ribs and polenta off the specials menu. Delicious! Very relaxing atmosphere. Nice oasis from the hustle and bustle along...

We recently hosted a dinner for 14 friends at Vivace. The food, service, venue were great. The friends are still raving about how good everything was! We worked with Arrick from a long distance. He made doing business very easy. He accomodated our request for seating arrangement, changes to the menu and corkage fee. This is a dinner we will remember...

It's a nice neighborhood restaurant. The food is good, the service is friendly, but the prices are on the high side for a neighborhood Italian restaurant. Not sure I would return except for the outstanding gnocchi in a gorgonzola cream sauce. It was hands down the best gnocchi I've ever eaten. The gnocchi was as they should be, light pillows...

We go for casual lunches, special occasions, group dinners in private room, wine-pairing dinners and more. We probably go at least once a month - so perhaps more than 100 meals...

I had the pleasure of dining at Vivace with 6 friends, the chef put together a wine and diner pairing that we all enjoyed. We started with an array of appetizers; crispy shrimp tools, wild boar bruschetta, calamari, grilled vegetables, prosciutto di Parma and cheese family style. All enjoyed wine with each course.
The wild boar bruschetta was wonderful.
