Their coffee and food items are the best and the customer service is superb!!!! I would highly recommend going there for anyone is the Burbank area. The parking can be a little tricky, but try behind the coffee shop.

The coffees and teas taste just as they should and the desserts are divine! The atmosphere is the best, you are carried away to a beautiful cafe settings, with bright floral muriels and the staff is always friendly and attentive :)

This is a nice coffee place, fun environment, good variety of pastries. We sat outside, people are friendly. Met a cute little dog that had its own web site!

Priscilla's sits on a corner in Toluca Lake, so it's not the easiest spot to park. The Starbuck's is opposite, but if you want some non-corporate coffee and a little peace and quiet this is the place to go. We were visting Burbank and saw this coffee shop on Yelp. What a disappointment..Tasteless pastries, average coffee, and poor customer service...We wanted to charge our phones and there were no outlets and when we tried to use one, was told we could not use the outlet!

Nice place; good coffee, friendly staff, clean washrooms, lots of nice little tea and coffee paraphanalia for sale. A few tables outside in a shady spot for a nice cup of whatever suited.

Stopped in here for a light roast coffee one morning. The coffee was just OK but I thought it was interesting that they stick a piece of gum to the coffee cup. We stopped here our last morning in Burbank on our family vacation. We enjoyed the coffee and pastries. The atmosphere was so nice and even had outdoor seating (but it was full). The staff was friendly and service was good.
