This is the place to go for a serene, lengthy meal whose presentation is almost theater. Service was impeccable, from their concern for any dislikes or food allergies to care in our selection of wine. We had the eight-course menu (I think), but it was probably ten or eleven in all, with the amuse-bouche, palate cleanser (have you ever had... More

This is a very small restaurants with an amazing Service. The chef is young, and the food is a combination of tastes from Japan and France. The price is very reasonable for the amount of detail that the dishes have. On his way to become a Aliain Ducasse style,Thats not a small matter.

We tried the chef tasting menu and came away disappointed. The presentation and service was first rate, but the flavors did not quite click for us. Maybe it was an off night.

The chef's menu descries only the ingredients included but not exactly what the eight courses will be, we chose that and the only decision was whether we wish to add the real Kobe beef. Will not spoil the fun by listing each course that evening but suffice to say every one of them was very delicious with surprising ingredients providing... More

This place is amazing!! So much attention to detail. We did the larger tasting menu with wine pairings. It was extravagant but worth it, a once in a lifetime dining experience. My boyfriend doesn't like seafood and they customized the menu based on our likes and dislikes. A great place for a special occassion!

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary in Auberge. What a great choice! hubby earned points for picking the place. We had a wonderful time...from the friendly and thoughtful staff, excellent service and to the yummy creative food. We had the four course dinner, but with all the added extras it actually totaled 9 courses. I am amazed at... More

We had the 8 course meal with 2 friends. Plenty of food - all in little bites. Each course was a new treat for our taste buds. The restaurant goes out of it's way to make sure they don't include anything the diner doesn't eat/like/or has an allergy to - and plans for this ahead of time. Wonderful cocktails too!... More

Special holiday dinners are often subpar but not this one! Justin and Ron really out did my expectations. Our kids were in town from Dallas and they have been to a lot of nice restaurants as well. They were blown away. All I can say is that the staff, the food, the drink and the special place made this a... More

Where to start? Well, first by saying that my former favorite restaurant (a Michelin one-star in New York City called Kajitsu) has now been displaced by Aubergine. And yes, I am swayed by culinary creativity and artistic presentation more than most; this is a bias for sure. Another bias: we had a significant food limitation which we clearly stated at... More

Absolutely one of the best food ever!!! but the staff and the service were lacking. The private dining experience in the wine celler was perfect for our final event for our Grand Slam 2012 event (including Golf at Cypress Point, and Pebble Beach.
