When we visit Southern California Aunt Emma's is a favorite for breakfast. The pancakes are right up there with Grandma's. the service is always right up there too.

we took my mother here for her birthday it was my first time, and let me tell ya that i loved the pancakes, i think that they are the best, and their scrambled eggs too lol
Had breakfast on Sunday morning. Busy, but service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Really nice people. Pancakes were great. Pecan waffles weren't so good (flat and no pecans in the waffle). Waffle flat and tough. As a side note, I think all pancake restaurants should serve real Maple syrup... They don't.
it is a very busy restaurant so if you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. The waitresses seemed to each have a lot of area to cover so getting a second cup of coffee was almost impossible.
This place was classic small town cafe. Awesome breakfast for a good price with waitress that really worked efficiently. The hours are limited but they do what they do well, then shut down.
Had brunch here on a weekend recently. It's a no-frills place, but the food is good and plentiful and the service is friendly and quick. Highly recommend it for families.
Stayed at Motel 6 and walked across street fir breakfast. WOW....honestly the best pancakes ever. Special $3.99 breakfast each that we paid extra for blueberry pancakes. Dont laugh....but ask for the No Sugar Syrup. Servers and staff were quick, friendly and efficient. Very busy popular place. Thanks to Suzuetta who served us Canadians breakfadt on Thursday Jan 24th,2013
Have been to this place several times for breakfast and have always loved their food. Great pancakes and their omelets are delicious! Good service also.
Waited a long time to order and to receive our order. The waitress wasn't very nice and the pancakes and waffles were rubbery and undercooked. Won't be back - IHOP is better.
You never know if the local place will be a hit or a miss compared to the chain restaurant you are used to. We didn't mind trying something new this time since we aren't a big fan of Denny's.
We were so glad we tried this place! My wife was even more happy than I was. She was excited to...
