This small restaurant in Culver City is the best place to have Mussels in the Los Angeles area. They have 2 sizes of portions and about 8 varieties of preparation. We like the ones with Roquefort the best. The smaller size is perfect for lunch . Bread is served with any entree. Perfect place for lunch or dinner

we dropped by on a cold night recently, but the enclosed outdoor space was well heated. everyone said to try the mussels, and since I love mussels, I obliged them earnestly. the creamy wine sauce with a generous amount of garlic (I also love garlic) was really delicious, and the serving of mussels itself was very generous. service was very... My husband and I love mussels and decided to go to Meet. It is a bit crowded because it is small, but I would recommend it anyway. We both had mussels that were prepared differently. They were flavorful and had good texture. If you prefer tiny mussels, this is not the restaurant for you. They are larger in size, but... More

Dined here for brunch with spouse after Christmas shopping. Had a wonderful mussels meal with French baguette to soak up the broth. So many types of mussels to choose from including many you haven't tried before: we loved the blue cheese and leeks. Also have nice sandwiches, eggs, and an incredible chocolate fruit fondue. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice... More

Lunch yesterday was absolutely delicious - steak frittes as good as we have had in Paris - also had tillapia which was delicious - very quaint/bistro setting and quite comfortable - service was superb - we had hoped to eat there earlier in the week, but it was always too busy - glad we tried once more - was a... I had been looking for a good French restaurant in Los Angeles and had not found anything totally satisfying until I went to Meet. Meet is owned by a Breton who has all of the innate, simplistic, and hospitable charm of that wild and lovely part of France. The service was outstanding (thanks, Jenis), the food was terrific, the price... More

I liked this restaurant so much I ate there for lunch two days in a row. What makes this restaurant is the staff - they are the most friendly, welcoming staff you will find. On my first visit, I had the basic mussels with frites. The broth was quite good - the flavor wasn't overwhelming but just right. The mussels... More

Charming bistro. The food is great. If it is warm outside, I suggest to get a table outside. It is fun to enjoy the outdoors and people watch.

If you like Mussels, go to Meet. They are so well prepared with so different taste. The ones I prefer are "Bisque" and "Thai" ..... So good! If you don't like mussels you have a very nice choice in the menu, try the "quiche" .... so good! And finish with a desert the chocolate Fondant .... Great! The service is... More

I had the appetizer-size mussels Provencale. The mussels had medium-size black shells, but they were huge inside! They were cooked perfectly. I guesstimated the volume of each mussel to be about one tablespoon. The Provencale sauce (garlic, onion, tomato, herbs) was very good, tasty and juicy, not too salty. The $14+ appetizer serving was far more than enough for a... More
