I had really had high hope, and wanted to make it my next favorite place to go to for breakfast because it's situated in a quaint and quite section of Emeryville. My wife and I were seated at a table next to the men's bathroom and changing room for staff. The restaurant wasn't busy, but it took a good while... More

“Good food, good folks”

My wife and I were waiting for the train to go to Tahoe. We had about 1.5 hours so we walked over to Doyle St. Cafe. They weren't open yet, but saw us out front and opened early. Now that was impressive! Super nice staff and owner, plus the breakfast was GREAT! Go there, you will not be disappointed!!

Nice atmosphere, lovely food. Not cheap - but then it's very tasty!
