We had our anniversary dinner here at Embers. It is the most expensive place to eat in the lodge but we enjoyed our dinner. The lobster bisque is a must try- being a soup drinker- this was really good. The steak was perfectly cook and so tender. The duckling sauce unfortunately was too sweet for my liking. It's a big... Exceptional food. Exceptional service. Discrete and knowledgeable wait staff that suggested good dessert choices to compliment our entree and mains.

The best option for dining here at Tenaya. This is slightly pricier than the Sierra restaurant, but it's 10x the atmosphere and food... so I would say the value is here over Sierra's madhouse of poor food and atmosphere. We actually REALLY enjoyed it... our server was a fantastic gent who took his time caring to discuss the food, prep,... More

Brian our waiter was great! Really nice and didn't hoover too much. The food was very good and they had a wide variety of choices so it wasn't all just steaks or seafood. We sat right next to the fireplace as well. It was very quiet and a very lovely dinner. Also something a little different than Sierra, we thought... More

A little expensive but very nice food none the less, and with excellent service throughout. We were a little disappointed that they dont seem to include some of the more affordable wines from their wine list that they use next door at the Sierra restaurant). The complimentary dessert we received (it was a birthday celebration) was a nice touch, although... More

Food is very well priced and even though menu is small, we found it catered for what we were after. The service is second to none! After food, have a cafe de amore!

Splurged and took our kids here during our stay at Tenaya. They are old enough to enjoy the fancy fancy food and service, and well behaved enough to appreciate the treat. Lobster bisque is a must order. Just flat out wonderful. The Caesar salad made table side was it's own event thanks to our amazing waiter. And it was delicious.... More

Was a nice relaxing break to a busy day. Food was very good particularly the soup which came in a pastry puff. Some in our party ordered full soup to nuts while others had the soup and salad. All were pleased.
