Description: Located on the second floor of the San Manuel Casino, the critically acclaimed Pines Steakhouse has established itself as a hideaway for foodies seeking a dining adventure in the Inland Empire. Tucked away from the excitement of the casino gaming floor, behind giant frosted glass doors, the Pines has all the glitz and glamour of a Las Vegas style dining room. From the oversized scarlet red booths, to the gold lit bar top, the experience is pure decadence. The menu is modern American and features richly marbled center-cut U.S.D.A PRIME steaks including a 20 oz Bone in Rib eye and a 14 oz. boneless New York Strip Steak. Other menu highlights include tender 10 oz. Filet Mignon, slow roasted Prime Rib, and world class seafood such as Giant Alaskan Red King Crab Legs slathered in garlic butter, Scottish Salmon with Vera Cruz Butter, and Miso Chilean Sea bass. All entrees at the Pines (excluding pasta dishes) include the Chef's daily selection of fresh vegetables.

New Years Eve - Dec. 31, 2012 at The Pines Restaurant, San Manuel Casino I have previously written a significantly outstanding review of this restaurant in August 2009, under the penname RanchoGentleman…it appears here on Trip Advisor…….. Expounding on the wonderful style, class and exquisite ambiance this new eatery afforded to us, in the Inland Empire........ I commented that the... More

The food here is really delicious. Their price fixe, three-course dinner is a great value. We have enjoyed several of their steaks and all have been top quality. My only complaint is that one has to walk through the smokey casino to get to the restaurant. But once inside the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

We were at the San Manuel casino for a Merle Haggard and Kris Kristofferson concert and (based upon other TripAdvisor reviews0decided to give The Pines a try. The concert started at 7:30 and we thought that dinner at 6:00 would work out fine. We asked at our hotel if reservations were necessary. They told us not to worry, that since... More

Went 6:30 on a Friday night and there was hardly anyone there-must've been too early for the casino crowd. The prix fixe meal was the way to go. It includes dessert which was excellent. We tried the cheesecake and the creme brulee-good portion size as well. There are many wines by the bottle that are reasonably priced. Our waitress was super... More

The setting, the service and the qualiy of food were all exceptional. As you enjoy your dinner, you don't hear or see the hustle bustle right outside in the lively casino. For value, the prix fixe dinner menu is well worth a try (soup or salad, entree with potatoe and veggies, plus dessert)

The decor is quite nice. The casino noise is non-exsistent. Smoking not allowed. The service was excellent and food very good. We used Prixe-fixed menu and got plenty to eat.

Dinner for four last night, and everyone was extremely pleased! I'm usually a fish girl, but because of reviewers' recommendations, I went for the filet mignon/shrimp scampi and was so glad I did. Truly the best beef/shrimp dish I have ever enjoyed! Top, top quality beef, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness! Husband said it was the absolute best top sirloin steak he had... More
