Helpings are generous, the murals on the walls interesting and the food very good. I especially like the way the make up the guacamole right there in front of you, same with the... More

We stopped in for dinner and were served a very good meal. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner and would return again. Salsa and chips arrived right away, the salsa appeared to be a roasted chili and was fairly mild but tasteful, nice. I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup and it was wonderful! I also had chicken tacos (Tacos Mexicanos),... More

My husband convinced me to try this place for dinner one night and I am so happy I did. The place is nicely decorated, clean with a pleasant... More

The food was pretty gross and the service was really slow. I ordered the fajitas and it was really greasy. I wouldn't eat here again.

Kernville is a great little town. Sitting astride the Kern river, it is the gateway to the central sierras. It is a great escape and a welcome place to relax. Each year the city kicks off the year with the Whiskey Flats Celebration over the Presidents Day weekend. It is a chance to step back in time to the days... More

This place has authentic Mexican food. The deepfried chilli's are very good and the salsa is the best I've ever had. Prices are low and the person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Recommendable!
