Every time I visit the Manteca / Lathrop area, I get to try something new on the menu at Mikasa. It's usually an interesting-looking roll we see at another table. We also had a large birthday celebration here and the food just kept coming! The service is good and friendly.

Mikasa has two solid assets: Good food and a fun, energetic aptmosphere. Good offering of standard sushi items, fish was fresh and cost was very reasonable.

The first thing you need to know is that their rolls are huge! We aren't used to that so we ordered three which was about one and a half times more than we needed. They were so good! Most of the rolls are not your standard fare but have interesting ingredients such as asparagus and cream cheese. The service was... More

The food here is off the chain, super good! You will not be disappointed. Try the speciality rolls! They have specialty drinks too and the services is pretty good. For desert make sure to get their cream filled rice balls, they are super nice, too.

I always have tempura and light it coated lightly and not greasy. I was disappointed, but want to come back and try something new. I loved the atmosphere of friendly people. I also liked our waitress. She is an older lady with lots of personality. We celebrated my daughters birthday and we brought cheese cake and the waitress cut is... More

This was a very busy place at 7 on a Monday. It is very popular with the locals and you could probably expect a wait on other nights. Mikasa offers a wide selection of sushi and other Japanese specialties and has a large sushi bar. It has a very nice selection of fresh fish. Mikasa is not a romantic place... More

I get the Dragon roll every time. They make a great salad. I'll keep coming back...maybe try something new?

Let me start by saying I am a regular at Mikasa's weekly. The price for their sushi rolls is great, you will not leave hungry! They are always fresh. Some of the best include DCS, Volcano, ITT and Godzilla. The staff is a ton of fun and will always have a Saki bomb with you. If you are going on... More

We stumbled upon the restaurant by accident, but Mikasa quickly became one of our favorite sushi places in the Stockton area. The food has been consistently delicious and is always a good value. Be prepared to be hurried along if you arrive near closing time.

Plenty of good food, with cheerful servers, at a reasonable price. Was about 1/2 mile from the Hampton Inn.
