This is a really hard-to-find restaurant. Walk through the passageway in this strip mall past the shoe-repair shop, the cosmetologist college, the laundromat, turn the corner and walk past the dentista (Spanish-speaking dentist) and you'll find the Half-Penny Fish and Grill. “Best Fish and Chips in the East Bay!”

Family owned and operated, we have dined here for a couple of years now. The fish is always fresh, the batter is awesome, the portion is cost proportionateand they have great service!
