Drinks and appetizers: (2) small meatball sandwiches with great marinara & came w/small side salad. Chicken Caesar salad was good size with lots of chicken – very good. Good drinks and background music. One of our favorite spots for happy hour

We have dinner at Johnny's every 2 weeks while spending our Winters in Palm Springs. The atmosphere, wait staff and the food are always the best. I think I have had everything on the menu and it is always consistent and prepared well. Seafood, steaks, chicken dishes and pasta are always at the top of their game. The wine list... More

After reading the rave reviews, I was expecting something outstanding, but it really is just another Italian restaurant, nothing special. The lighting is very low, which is quite off putting. The food was ok, not great, not awful. The staff are quite attentive. I wouldn't rush back.

Visited 3 times on our recent trip to Palm Springs, as always Vince and the team delivered outstanding food and impecible service. What we love is the consistancy of high quality" old school" Italian food and atmosphere. The place never changes and thats what makes it for us. Great job guys, as always a pleasure when in Town. Cheers...

This restaurant is not for you if you're looking for hipster party atmosphere, however if you want old school classic menu and service it's perfect! The attention to detail starts the minute you sit down..the server was attentive and helpful. I had veal piccata cooked perfectly tender and my friend had eggplant equally good. We started with the escargot, which... More

Johnny Costa understates how good the restaurant is by claiming "Best Italian Restaurant" by Palm Springs Life. This would be one of the best Italian Restaurants anywhere in the USA! The menu is fairly traditional with all the expected pasta, veal and chicken dishes. The vegetarian selections are very good. The service is perfect. Saying a restaurant treats one "like... More

Large parking lot behind the restaurant. Small patio area for outdoor dining. Have eaten here about five times, most recently on April 19th. The food is consistently superb. Staff are warm, engaging and knowledgable about the menu. Our server, Debra, was extremely helpful and attentive. We have had the Fettuccine Alfredo, spaghetti marinara, halibut, and salmon. All were perfection. In... More

Our waitress Deborah made our evening. Food was great. The Sinatra steak was great and it took us back to the old days of the Rat Pack here. The halibut was fresh. The noise level allowed conversation Worth the trip downtown
