Went in after reading reviews here but not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. A little dark in back (nice), booths along the wall and a long bar. Couple of martinis perfectly done, and the bar food was tasty (and among the cheaper meals we had in Palm Springs). Wish we'd gone back a second night!

Yes, the outside isn't that inviting-but once you are inside you are stepping back in time. The bar is cozy with booths that add the right amount of privacy.
