Yummy big burgers, amazing sweet potato fries. Give up mcdonalds and try bettys..only downside is not enough parking.. but food is plentiful, delicious,and a fun environment

this is a 50's retro style restaurant. the food is pretty good but the milkshakes are awesome! it is within walking distance from the shore area depending on which part of Santa Cruz you are in. there is also one downtown in the prime shopping area.

As far as burgers go, this tasted like it was "healthy." Didn't feel yucky after we ate. The sweet potatoe french fries were awesome. Will definately go back. Go Betty!

I ordered the Mad Mex. It was a half pound burger and it was perfectly cooked. The quantity of guac, cheese and lube was the perfect quantity. It was just great. The bun was amazing. It was unlike any other. It was just the best. Even better than in and out!

Stopped in for dinner with my four young kids and extended family. Good burgers and fries. Menu item titles were sexually suggestive like "Betty on top", "bareback wrap" and "rough and ready salad". Great classic burgers, shakes and fries make Betty's a cool place to have a bite. Classic rock and interesting interiors make all three Betty's in Santa Cruz, Capitola and Downtown fun. Restaurant is clean, food is generous and fresh.

Been here a few times and it gets worse every other time. Inconsistent burgers. I liked the salmon burger but after eating it over on 41st... um never again!!! Afraid to eat it again here...
