We eat here at least once a week. The staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and it's a real value. Our 1 year old granddaughter has been coming here since she was 8 days old. And in good weather (which is most of the time), we bring our dogs and sit out on the patio. Lunch is a particularly... More

Went Saturday evening with family, party of seven adults. First of all I expected an expensive meal, it was affordable and food and wine were wonderful and excellent service. In the area where we were seated, there was a small wine bar, Would like to return for wine and appetzer, and maybe some dessert.

This is a small, intimate restaurant with very good, personalized service and great food in an environment that makes you feel like you are in France....just a slight bit rustic. Its a little difficult to find at night, its just off Mission, near the train station, but well worth the effort to find. Having read some of the previous reviews,... More

My husband and I met our friend for a relaxing Saturday lunch at 12:30. My friend and I had the spinach quiche with a side of greens and my husband a vegetarian panini with hot, delicious garlicky French fries(worth the calories). My husband and I had iced tea, my friend water. For dessert I had the creme caramel with a... More

Wow! I came on here to share my horrible experience with this place and I am really surprised by how many great reviews there are. We live in south Pas. and have talked about coming to this place many times as we had passed by it. We decided to try it on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The guy who... More

This place is very small, but the service and food are really good. We like breakfast and would like it if they would expand their menu a little.

We've been to Bistro de la Gare several times, over the span of two years, and have never been disappointed. If you are expecting haughty Parisian, forget it. This is more like a country bistro--friendly, good and affordable. Worth the 35 mile drive from the Westside; or if you are near the Metro line, it's a few steps south of... More

I have been here a few times and each time I go, I keep hoping the food will improve but unfortunately not. Their salads are always overdressed, so remember to ask for the dressing on the side. Their sauteed vegetables are extremely greasy from the amount of butter/oil they are cooked in so if you think you're getting a healthy... More

Don't get me wrong, we love the US ! But we miss the ambiance from restaurants in Europe, where we spent a couple hours or more with good food, good wine, friends and family without being pushed out for the next customers to come. 7 adults (from France, Belgium, Australia, US), different plates and everyone loved his/hers: onion soup, escargots,... We recently visited South Pas for a week with friends who live near by. We passed this charming little restaurant and decided to give it a try. It has a nice and quaint atmosphere... with French bistro food as in steak and fries, roasted chicken.. etc.. I had the salmon with a lemon dill sauce, vegetables etc. and it was... More
