Great food, friendly staff, good and quick service. What's not to love. It seems to be a local favorite for families with kids. The place is always crowded when we go and the coffee is excellent. It is also family owned and operated.

My husband and I love visiting Watsonville and walking the beach at Pajaro Dunes. Got great pictures of the space shuttle today to cap our experience! Also love the chance to visit Cowboy Cafe for Breakfast again. Had the fresh spinach, mushroom and asparagus omelette today and husband had cornbeef hash with eggs special. Decor is country small town diner and... More

You get a lot of food here and it is very good. We stopped here for breakfast after noticing the place when we dined at the neighboring restaurant the night before. The service was great and it had a nice decor. I thought I was going to get a breakfast on the lighter side when I ordered it, but ended... More

We just ate there this morning and had to write a review. We were on a time schedule so we each ordered items off the Daily Specials board. I had the Pork Chops & Eggs, Sandi had the Cowboy Omlette. My pork chop was one of the thickest I've ever seen for breakfast, our home fries were excellent, and the... More

I know Scotty-TA (see "Really....." March, 2012) so I knew I could count on her travel agent expertise. Needless to say I was not disappointed. My Western burrito was delicious and the salsa doctored up with their homemade habenero sauce added the perfect spark to my palate. The coffee and service were excellent and I enjoyed several conversations with very... More

Fantastic food, we loved every single item. (breakfast) The best part was the service...so warm and friendly...made an out-of-towner feel right at home.

This is comfort food, home cooking and a full plate. I stop there often, usually for breakfast, occasionally for lunch. The service is always friendly and good, and the food never disappoints.

We came here for breakfast, left stuffed, and still had lots of leftovers to take home. We were very hungry when we arrived for a late morning breakfast (which was a good thing, since the portions are very generous). My huevos rancheros with rice and beans and extra tortillas on the side were delicious. The eggs were covered with a... More

I love having breakfast for lunch here. The scrambles are terrific. Also have had several of the lunch salads. The iced tea is fresh brewed and the homemade biscuits devine. Great meals at a decent price.

The food is plain and not so cheap. Very crowded place. The tables are super close to one another. Wouldn't come here again...
