We had lunch with friends, and all of us liked this place. The service was prompt and the specials of the day were explained well. The restaurant offers salads, sandwiches, soups and dinner entres. The wine list offered a lot of choices, and one of the deals offered during May was a half priced bottle with the purchase of 2... More

The food was pretty good. Portions were very large, much larger than necessary. Everything we ordered was prepared as ordered. Seemed a bit pricey but, it's a ski town and everything is. Quality dinner and decent service.

My wife and I stopped in for drinks and appetizers. We found the place a bit noisy, as the people at the bar and the people working there all knew each other and liked talking really loud. We got several appetizers and 2 glasses of wine. About 1/3 of the way though one of the appetizers, I got a big... More

Went in for dinner sat at the bar. The service was good, the wine selection by the glass is average. The staff seems to care about their customers and do an excellent job interacting. I had the Penne Roberto which is supposed to be spicy, however the flavor was bad, it was like spices were used to cover up bad... More

We just got in the restaurant, not having in mind something special. In fact, what catched our attention was the announcement of "Live Jazz" from Sunday to Thursday. Ok, there was no jazz but a guy with a guitar playing old songs in a very nice manner. Food was good and the wine as well. The waiter attended in a... More

Our last night in Breckenridge was terrific at Blue River Bistro. The intimate space was warm & inviting. We walked in with no reservation, and no problem, an offer was made to sit us in the bar, and it was an excellent idea. Reservations are recommended, even at the end of the season, but all worked out nicely for us.... More

We dined at BRB after flying in from UK so were a bit shattered and probably not in the best mood for a pretty riotous place, which this was. We were shown to our table spot on time - a comfortable booth for 3 - but in the bar area; 2 problems - (friendly)drinkers' backsides overhanging our table and the... More

My husband and I went here after a long day of skiing to carb load. The pasta and bread was great, and I loved the escargots! Definitely recommend!

We visited BRB for dinner with a group of old friends enjoying an annual ski holiday in Breckenridge. We were quickly seated for our 8pm reservation for 6. The service throughout the meal was cheerful and efficient. The others at the table all enjoyed their starters and main courses. The quantities were sufficiently large that no one could manage dessert.... More

We went there on our last day to kill some time before driving back to Denver. We wanted a late lunch, so we hit up the happy hour, which was great. It wasn't crowded at all around 3, so we got a high-top table and enjoyed two for one martinis (the espresso martini was delicious) and a wide selection of... More
