I have fallen behind on writing reviews, and this is one I definitely should have written years ago! I love the Meritage! We discovered it five years ago during Taste of Denver. Their wine pairing dinner was delicious, and instantly made it the choice for birthday dinners for friends, family and anniversary dinners for me and my other half. The... More

This restaurant closed at 10p so be timely. Jeff was my waiter and hesitant to make suggestion of any of the menu items. I decided to stick with the appetizers. The Crab Cake, Charcuterie plate and the red wine flight were all enjoyable.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice meal here for our anniversary. Especially nice was the wine flight. I chose Sauvignon blanc and was given 3 delicious options for $18. My husband ordered the scallop entrée which was served with a pasta concoction with several types of olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes and a pesto sauce. The pasta was very... More

We ate here recently to avoid the hustle and traffic in Boulder. Located in the lobby of the Omni Hotel the warm wood decor and seating is comfortable. The service was impeccable and the food mostly superb. The wine list was very good and the mark-up not overly excessive. The food pricing is high but worth it for a special... More

Wonderful food and excellent service! The Sunday buffet was amazing! They even fixed foods the way we prefer and great for gluten free eating!

Simple bacon and eggs... amazing. Some of the other items looked incredible, but not exactly diet friendly. Need to spend some treadmill time to prepare for my next visit!

We go here for special occasions. One of the best in Denver. Food is superb, service good, and prices reasonable for what you get. We love it.

The bar was closed for a private event and I didn't feel like going back out in the snow, so I went to the restaurant, Meritage. I don't typically eat large meals at night, but the restaurant week fixed price menu was too good to resist. I started with an heirloom tomatoe soup with ricotta, followed by grilled salmon (nicely... More

Today was our first breakfast at The Meritage (inside The Omni Hotel); we've been for several lunch and dinner meals. What a find! We did the "buffet" (The Art of Breakfast) that is served by waiters. Excellent food, including probably the best pancake I have ever eaten -- served on a warmed plate with warm syrup. All other items were... More

We had been to the Meritage at the Omni about eight years ago and weren't too thrilled with the experience. We took another chance on the restaurant and our previous experience was erased from our minds. We were first the diners to arrive and were a bit nervous about the restaurant being empty, but that also allowed us the opportunity... More
