You know you're in for a treat when you go to an ethnic restaurant and you see other people from that ethnicity eating there! you know what i mean, go to a Chinese restaurant, see Chinese people eating- that is always a good sign... and with that auspicious beginning, we arrive at this seemingly random restaurant, set in a strip... Great food! My husband and I were looking for a good Jamaican restaurant, not just good Jamaican sandwiches for lunch, and this restaurant was more than expected. Variety of selections including meats and fish, food was well prepared, tasted so good, and it was so fun to try some Jamaican food that we had never eaten and hard to find.... More

Though this little place is on the far south side of town, it is definitely worth the drive. We had curry chicken and jerk chicken, both of which were perfect. With the jerk you can choose hot or mild. I chose hot and it certainly was! They were out of the patties but he assured me next time he would... More

The food is excellent at this local Jamaican restaurant!!! The owners are extremely friendly and willing to always make your food to your liking:D They also are willing to make you dishes that are not even on the menu if you pre-order your food if you have your own favorite Jamaican dish. The food quantity is perfect for filling your... More

The food was just perfect. My sister and I shared the brown chicken stew with cabbage and Jamaican rice, and the chicken curry with plantains and Jamaican rice. The flavors are amazing. The brown chicken was decedant and rich, and the chicken curry had lots of flavor. Each of these dishes cost $7.50 and they had a selection of Jamaican... More

This place has at least one thing going for it: the sauce on the jerk chicken is unbelievably good. The meat that lay under the sauce, however, was not so hot. They could have used a nice plump chicken breast, but instead they chose to serve a scrawny, bony cut of chicken. Atmosphere, unfortunately, is quite bare-bones. During my visit,... More

Interesting place. I only got carry out. It certainly looks, feels, and sounds authentic, though I'm not intimately familiar with Jamaican cuisine. The flavors of the sauces, meats, and vegetables were rich and savory, very different from other ethnic foods. The place was clean, and the staff nice enough. Still, I'm not sure we'll go back. Some of the dishes... More

We had to drive out of the way to this restaurant. Very small and tucked away in S.E part of city but well worth the trip. The Jamaican food is quite authentic. Owner/chef is friendly and happy to talk about his adventure starting the restaurant. Seating is quite limited and most people appear to do take out.

we went there as it was ranked no 1 restaurant on Tripadvisor and were very dissapointed! Atmosphere: a fastfood shop Food: on tripadvisor described as authentic carribean food - to be honest I had much better food during my visit to the Carribean. I had a chicken curry there for lunch - and had an upset tummy for the rest... More

We picked this place because it was the top rated restaurant in Colorado Springs by TripAdvisor. We even called ahead and made a reservation for 2! When we got there, however, we thought there must be a mistake. It was teensy (4 or 5 small tables, totally off the beaten path and next to a pawn shop. I thought maybe the... More
