I noticed this place was on the food network so I figured I would give it a try. I got the breakfast burrito with green chili and it was one of the best I ever had. It was a good size and they gave me a sticker for eating the entire thing. The only negative is they only accept cash... More

I went here listening to all the hype about this place, and I have to tell you that they should just stick to doing what they do best which is Breakfast. Ordered a few items and they were overcooked and not done properly, would come back in a moment for Breakfast but would think twice about Lunch. Beware as the... More

Went for a work lunch. Seat yourself, busy place. I ordered the breakfast burrito with green chile because it has "best breakfast" or something by someone on the menu, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. My work cohort had the huevos rancheros, which actually looked better. The green chile (which I was warned was HOT) was not hot. Not... More

So maybe the reason I didn't love this place is because I had heard so many rave reviews prior to my visit and while the food was good it wasn't amazing and I had built up amazing in my head. Either way it is good food, good portions and while the burrito was fine, it was the French toast that... More

We got back from Denver late last night and didn't feel like cooking at the house. Went to the one on Bijou and ordered the Ruben and my friend order the "Thing" - Full Portions - and were served huge plates of food! We will probably be eating the left overs for at least two more meals. The Ruben was... More

Great wait staff - told us everything we needed to know in one sentence "our portions are huge, our green chili is spicy, and we're cash only". Yummiest green chili, they offer half portion burritos which was still plenty of food :) Their French toast was good too They conveniently have an ATM which is nice

We were staying at the Broadmoor and decided to forego the massive typical buffet and go to a mom and pop. We are soooooo glad we did. This place is low on atmosphere and high on great food. We ordered half orders of our egg dishes and should have ordered quarters which they also offer. The service was a little... More

Saw the reviews on this joint so decided to give it a shot for breakfast. The brekky was really good - huge portions (of course) so don't go overboard, and very typical of an 'American breakfast'. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the location.

You'll recognize the first timers to this place by the overflowing plates arriving at their tables. The food is hot, delicious and abundant. Thankfully, they offer half and even quarter portions. Service is SO pleasant. Even while waiting for a table, the hostess offers beverages and reassurance that tables will soon be available. Customer is King to this Chef!

Super-friendly girl behind counter (with purple castle tattoo!) who chatted with everyone and was quick on refills without being asked. Several regulars who come in almost daily were there, so that says a lot about service. Breakfast burrito (half-size) was big and stuffed FULL of eggs, hash browns, cheese, bacon (subbed for sausage) covered in green chile sauce. Delicious!!! Food... More
