I have lived in several cities across the US, and have found Cafe De Bangkok to be one of the best Thai food restaurants anywhere. Great spices and flavors. Service can be slow, but it's worth the wait! Hole in the wall location, near a tattoo parlor and McDonalds- don't be fooled- this place is AMAZING!
What can I say? Simply the best Thai dining in Fort Collins. Try the Holy Basil Rice, and request it to be prepared "Thai Style." That means the meat will be ground up, and there will an egg added on top. Wow -- fabulous way to nourish body and soul.

We enjoyed the variety of dishes and the excellent Thai flavors here. Not much atmosphere, though, and no beer or alcohol, so this is a pretty casual place for dinner.
