I read the recent reviews and was very excited to try this restaurant. I'm not sure what they are trying to be (maybe the QSR of Middle Eastern food) but they are not doing it well. First, the food is tasty but the meat is very dry (on both my chicken dish and my son's steak kabob) and is only... More

We eat at Maza as often as we can, sometimes the two of us and sometimes with friends. Food is excellent if you like tasty, spicy (but not hot spicy) food. And if you like hot, they will provide you with some dynamite hot chutney. If, like one reviewer on TripAdvisor, you don't care for Afghan or Indian style cooking... More

We all liked our food very much. There was a great selection and we wanted to try everything. The chicken was good and the rice was fluffy and lovely, the eggplant was delicious and the beef wraps were excellent. The restaurant is very casual and very clean. It's counter service but they bring your order to the table and get... More

One of the best restaurants in Fort Collins. The food was fabulous and quite different. The kabobs were perfect and the potatoes were special. Desert is a must!

I love this place. The food is absolutely outstanding, and after trying it on a whim, I have been back over and over. Sure, the restaurant "atmosphere" is pretty plain/normal I guess...but then again, I don't particularly enjoy paying out the nose for "environment" since I'm infinitely more interested in the food! I really enjoy going with a friend and... More

We visited this great establishment on a Friday night with a group of 18 people and received amazing service and fresh food delivered to our large group in a very timely manner. This really impressed me because often large groups throw off even the best restaurants but the night went very smooth. I got the Maza Kabob and have been... More

We stopped in for a dinner based on TA reviews, and were disappointed. The food, when we finally got it, was good. The wait was more than 20 minutes and the place was nearly empty on a Saturday early evening. No alcohol. Salad/green vegetables: not really. Very good meat.

We stopped in last night to check it out and discovered wonderfully delicious food! Fabulous service too. The eggplant dish, the beef and chicken kabobs, the sauces, the naan, and the unique ice cream and rice pudding were all D-LISH!

If you want a treat for delicious fresh food and be treated so nicely by the owner, Sayad, please go to Maza Kabob. All the food is prepared fresh including the sauces. Had #1 chicken kabob with the most delicious potatoes you have ever had. The bread is heavenly - like a pita with a nice crunch. Order lots of... More
